Class Description:
CAATINGA! studio is the place to be for creative fun and process art exploration! Our after-school art classes are designed for children in K-5th grade to IMAGINE | CREATE | ENJOY art in an upbeat and non-judgemental atmosphere.
CAATINGA!studio offers exciting Process-Art classes, where the focus is on making and creating fun art rather than the finished product! We encourage children to use their imagination and creativity to make the project truly their own!
CAATINGA!studio offers after-school art classes Monday-Thursday from 2:30pm-6:00pm. We follow the City Schools of Decatur school calendar and only have after-school classes when school is in session.
Sample Schedule for our K-2nd Group:
(Some days may differ but this is a general guide that we use)
2:30 pm-3:00 pm: Children arrive at CAATINGA!studio
3:00 pm-3:30 pm: Children in K-2nd have time for snacks and free play
3:30 pm- 4:00 pm: Free Art Expression
4:00 pm-5:00 pm: Art Class
5:00 pm-6:00 pm: Extended free play until pick-up (All children must be picked up by 6:00 pm.
Transportation:
We welcome children from all schools to join us, but we currently only offer walking transportation from Oakhurst Elementary.

No refunds will be given for any unused/missed days.

K-2nd | 3 Days/Week | After School Art Classes
When you agree to CAATINGA! studio terms and conditions upon checkout, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and agree to all of our policies which can be viewed HERE.
- Your first month's tuition is required at the time of enrollment and is non-refundable.
- Tuition is due monthly, by automatic payment on the 25th of the prior month. (Example: September tuition is due on August 25th)
- After registering, we will send you a link to our Parent Portal where you will input your information for automatic payments.
- We will pro-rate your first month's tuition if you join in the middle of the month. Just send us an email.
- Tuition is not based on the number of classes per month and remains the same every month.
