Mobile Birthday Party!

Service Description

Our Base Mobile Party Package includes: -1.5 hour event: 15 minutes for set up + approximately 1 hour for craft + 15 minutes for clean up. -All art supplies needed for the project for 1-10 children (+ $25 for each additional child. Maximum 15 children) Your child and their friends will enjoy a fun project taught by our friendly, charismatic staff at the location of your choice! Maybe your backyard or your favorite park! (Please have a plan in case of inclement weather if your party needs to move indoors or under a shelter.) We provide: -Art instruction and guidance -All materials for chosen craft -Supervision during crafts -Tablecloths (please let us know how many tables you have for us to use) -Tables and chairs can be rented for an additional charge You Provide: -Decorations which might include, balloons, streamers... -Cake, drinks, snacks/food -Party favors -Supervision You have all the fun and don’t worry about the mess! We will take care of all of the cleanup! $550 charge includes a non-refundable $300 deposit for any location within 5 miles of CAATINGA! studio. + additional $45 if the location is between 6-10 miles of CAATINGA! studio Upgrade your Party with additional themed add on's: Decorations (+ $100): -Solid colored plates, cups, -Table Cloths -Themed Centerpiece -Table Runners Cupcakes (+ $45): -12 cupcakes -Lemonade for 12 children - Add on an additional 6 cupcakes (+ $20) Themes available for upgraded parties: -Rainbow -Princess -Dragon -Unicron -Pirate Gratuity: Our party hosts work hard to make sure your event is one that you and your guests will never forget! Gratuity is always welcomed and appreciated.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to change the date and time of your party, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to move your party to another date. No refunds will be given on deposits or party packages if cancelled or missed.
