Once you have decided on which crafts are your 1st, 2nd, & 3rd choice, click the book now button for either the party located at CAATINGA! studio or the mobile party that comes to your location. Choose an available date and time for your party and then complete the short registration (including the checkboxes for any upgrades you'd like to make and the acknowledgment that you'll collect a signed photo & liability release form for each of the children & guardians attending the party).
If you have any questions or would like to customize your party in a specific way that's not listed, please send us an email to creativeplayfun@gmail.com. Please include the age of your child and their interests as well as the number of children that will be attending. Please also include the day you are hoping to have the party.
Payment is required at the time of booking. The $360 is a non-refundable deposit to reserve your party's time slot. In the event that you need to change the date and time of your party, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to move your party to another date. No refunds will be given on deposits or party packages if cancelled or missed.
All parents and guardians of children attending a birthday party at CAATINGA!, are required to fill out the Photo and Liability Release form. The link to the form can be found at the top of our web page. The link can also be copied (below) and pasted into any evites that you may send for the party.

We require a final headcount of children attending, at least 7 days before your scheduled party. This way we ensure that we have enough materials for everyone attending. Please let us know as soon as you find out if you have any additional children attending. We will do our best to accomodate.
